How to Track Your Package

Step 1: Check your email for the shipping confirmation we sent when your order left our facility. It includes your tracking number.

Step 2: Click the tracking link in the email, or copy the tracking number and paste it into your carrier's tracking page.

Step 3: See real-time updates on your package location and estimated delivery date.

Didn't Receive a Tracking Number?

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). If it's been longer than 48 hours and you haven't received tracking information, contact us at support@apexironco.com with your order number.

Delivery Issues?

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, check with neighbors or your building's front desk. If you still can't locate it, contact us immediately at support@apexironco.com and we'll resolve it.
